You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your credentials secure and provide an email you can access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact the operator if you suspect unauthorized access.
Submit only information you have the right to provide. Your manually entered profile contains user-declared preferences; you are responsible for their accuracy and for avoiding unlawful content or private credentials. Optional conversation text analysis requires its separate versioned acknowledgment and creates private evidence-backed information that can contain AI errors; it does not overwrite manual answers or grant commercial rights. You may inspect, correct, export and delete available information. Product control over an assembled profile does not establish blanket legal ownership of third-party data.
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant the operator a limited permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service and carry out your instructions. Accepting these Terms does not authorize merchant sharing or promotional email.
Some information may potentially qualify for future user-directed sale or sharing, subject to applicable rights, source restrictions, and other conditions. Other information is for personalization and is not eligible for sale through Persir. Data shows individual labels: the money icon denotes Potentially eligible for future sale, Personalization only denotes product exclusion, and Under review denotes unverified eligibility. A label is not a listing, completed sale, or authorization. A future sale or sharing would require a separate explicit decision identifying the information and recipient. Importing, creating an account, accepting these Terms, or answering Yes to the optional rewards-interest survey does not authorize it or marketing. The survey stores one product-interest response and a timestamp until account deletion; ordinary requests cannot change or delete it to answer again. Deals and rewards are coming soon; offers, earnings, and availability are not guaranteed. This update grants no broader permission over existing data.
Do not attack the service, attempt to access another person’s information, submit unlawful material, impersonate others, evade security controls, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
This is an early beta. Features may change, become unavailable, or contain errors. Keep your own exported copy of important information. We do not guarantee offers, discounts, savings, integrations, personalization results, or merchant relationships. Company sharing is not available in this beta.
The operator and its licensors retain rights in the application software, design, and branding, subject to applicable open-source licenses. Your permission to use the service does not transfer those rights.
You may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material misuse or to protect the service, subject to applicable law. Live app-owned data is removed on account deletion; provider backup and security-log retention may continue for the bounded schedules described in the Privacy policy.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this beta is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted service or fitness for a particular purpose. The operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the beta where such exclusions are lawful. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. These provisions require counsel review before public launch; no jurisdiction-specific liability cap has been invented.
