Why is an About Me experience locked or unavailable?
Read evidence and preparation guidance without inventing answers or uploading more data than you want.

A locked experience can mean that the system lacks the evidence needed for that particular output. An unavailable preparation can also reflect a service or configuration problem. Those situations are different. Read the visible status and suggested action before assuming that your profile is broken or that you must provide a complete conversation history.
Check which experience needs support
Persir’s five About Me experiences have different evidence requirements. A life map needs supported life-event context and locations. A future scenario needs a stated direction and connected context. The personal symbol is available without personal evidence; discovery outputs require supported records.
An account with several completed activities may still lack the right kind of information for one experience. Volume alone does not establish readiness. A long archive without supported life events should not produce an invented timeline, and many game answers should not be treated as proof of a real-world biography.
Read the suggested next step
The interface can point to import status, adding a stated direction, connected life context or continuing Choice Lab. Use that guidance to understand the missing category, then decide whether the action fits your purpose and privacy preferences.
Do not add fictional goals or life events simply to make a card available. The resulting output would be based on false information and could affect later interpretations. You can leave an experience locked and continue using other parts of the profile. An incomplete but accurate record is more useful than a complete-looking invented one.
Distinguish pending processing from missing evidence
A supported import may still be preparing or transferring text, or server processing may continue after transfer. Check the import status rather than repeatedly uploading the same file. Local preparation and transfer need the page open; verified server processing can continue separately.
After completion, inspect the coverage and findings. Size, date and compatibility limits can leave material out. If the relevant evidence is absent, that may explain readiness. Do not assume that every source file or attachment was analyzed, and do not ask the system to fill coverage gaps with plausible personal facts.
Distinguish availability failures
A preparation message can indicate that generation is unavailable while evidence remains saved. Retrying immediately many times may not resolve a configuration or provider issue. Read the message, preserve your source copy and use Help if the problem persists.
Describe the experience, visible status and approximate stage without sending a full archive or authentication information. The founder’s Help flow requires sign-in for a verified reply address and may be unavailable if email delivery is not configured. A clear report helps identify the problem without expanding the disclosure unnecessarily.
Choose your own completion goal
You do not need to unlock every experience. Decide which output would be useful and whether the information required is something you want retained and processed. Manual answers and games can be useful even when a particular experience remains unavailable.
Persir keeps supported evidence separate from generated interpretation, with review and removal controls in Data. No readiness action authorizes merchant sharing or guarantees rewards. Treat a locked card as information about a feature’s current support, not as a judgment about you. The useful next step is the one that improves an accurate record for a purpose you choose.
